We want you to love your purchases from Lisa Wagner Designs, and we take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. The pieces are all designed and produced by Lisa in small quantities and limited editions with the very best in design and quality.
If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your item to us for an exchange, credit or refund. Sale items purchased at an additional discount using a discount code at checkout are final.
Since all our pieces are made in small quantities and limited editions, we cannot remake your piece. If the item does not fit, we can make an exchange in a different size if available. In the case that merchandise is not available for exchange, you will be refunded the purchase price.
All items must be returned unworn and unwashed, with swing tags still in place. If an item is returned and is damaged in any way, we reserve the right not to refund the return.
You must inform us by email at email@example.com within 7 calendar days of the date you receive your order, with your intention to make a return.
All returns must be sent back within 28 days of the original ship date. We do not refund original or return shipping costs. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise.
When returning an item, we recommend you insure the item and/or use a tracking number. We are not responsible for missing or damaged packages.
We will process your exchange or refund within 10 business days after we receive the item. We will notify you by email when the exchange or refund is processed.
